Shipping policy
Production Time:
Production time of different products will be mentioned in the quotation, order with different products will be shipped together once the last item is ready.
Rush Orders:
An earlier completion of product may be possible for an additional rush fee. Please email at bonheur.calli@gmail.com for details.
Order Cancellations:
Once payment has been completed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Additionally, after the items have left our studio, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.
Shipping Methods and Costs:
Pickup at our studio in Kwun Tong or Freight Collect
International Shipping:
We ship to selected international locations. Additional custom fees may apply. Please email at bonheur.calli@gmail.com for details.
Return & Refund
Please notice that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. Quality of items will be ensured before shipment.
Defective/wrong Items:
In the rare occasions, if you receive defective/wrong items, please email at bonheur.calli@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.
